The art of creating a positive first impression and developing trusted, long-term relationships has become lost. Business today recognizes that education and talent are no longer enough for a company, or for an individual, to succeed. Rapport is also vital to compete in today’s competitive marketplace.

I am passionate about business etiquette and diversity in the workplace. I believe that we all have a place at the table (whether it be the table in the board room or the dining room) no matter our nationality, age, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, race or physical ability.
